Shipping
All domestic orders ship free via USPS or UPS Ground. Free pick up is also available. Shipping for international orders will be billed separately. Because many of our orders are specially prepared, packages can occasionally take as long as 3 weeks to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information when your package ships.
Returns
We accept returns of regular merchandise for refund or exchange, within 30 days, for any reason*.
Special orders can be refunded for exchanged within 10 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Thanks for understanding.
*Sorry, I get it, but merchandise cannot be returned if you accidentally left it on the coffee table and your dog or cat decided it was a toy.
